Returns

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.

The item must be unused, sealed, and in its original packaging.

Opened or used perfume bottles are not eligible for return due to hygiene reasons.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.

Refunds are issued via the original payment method.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.
